Ms. Topp received her B.A. in Speech Pathology from the University of Florida in June of 1979. Prior to joining Governo Law Firm LLC, Ms. Topp managed her family’s dental practice for many years. In December 2007, she received her Paralegal Certificate from Northern Essex Community College. While in the paralegal program, she volunteered at the Neighborhood Legal Clinic where she helped clients who had been affected by the sub-prime mortgage crisis.
