Ray Genco is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York.  He received his undergraduate degree at The George Washington University and his JD at Wake Forest University School of Law.

Prior to joining Governo Law Firm, Attorney Genco represented plaintiffs in all aspects of complex civil litigation, focusing on the areas of consumer protection, medical malpractice, and products liability.

At Governo, Ray’s efforts are focused on toxic and environmental torts, complex science and medical issues, and indoor air quality issues.  Ray works on behalf of product manufacturers and distributors, service providers, and their insurers, on matters involving breach of warranty claims, product liability, and contract disputes.  He has successfully represented clients at all phases of litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.

Outside of the office, Ray is an active supporter of the Boston Astros, a youth baseball and educational program.  He also enjoys giving his time and expertise to many new and established non-profit organizations, on issues such as corporate formation and governance, regulatory compliance, and community outreach.
