Jennifer Hatch joined Governo Law Firm in 2006.  She concentrates her practice on asbestos litigation in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  She has assisted at the trial of two high profile Massachusetts asbestos cases and prepared many others for trial.

Ms. Hatch received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004. Ms. Hatch began practicing as an Assistant District Attorney in district court where she prosecuted crimes on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  During her year of service at the District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Hatch obtained guilty convictions against two criminal defendants at trial and argued numerous evidentiary motions before the court. During law school, Ms. Hatch interned with two prestigious national organizations, the American Civil Liberties Union and the Center for Reproductive Rights.  Ms. Hatch also had the privilege of interning for the Honorable Judge Paul L. Friedman at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in Washington, DC.  Prior to law school, Ms. Hatch worked for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, DC where she advised banking institutions on their obligations under the Federal Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.  In addition to her commitments at Governo Law Firm, Ms. Hatch is an active member of the Massachusetts Women's Bar Association and serves as a co-chair of its Amicus Committee.
