David Governo has been invited to serve as a faculty member at the 18th Annual Litigation Management College (LMC), sponsored by the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). The LMC is a four-day educational program designed for claims professionals, third party administrators, and self-insured corporate litigation managers working in the insurance industry or in litigation matters. It takes place from June 10-14, 2012 at Emory University, Atlanta, GA, and includes workshops, a mock trial, and other interactive exercises based on a catastrophic injury case study.
