Jeniffer Carson to Discuss the Future of Asbestos Litigation at the ABA Toxic Tort and Environmental Law Committee Annual Meeting


Governo Law Firm Partner Jeniffer Carson has been invited to participate in the panel discussion "Asbestos Litigation: Still Going After All These Years - What Might the Next 25 Years Bring?" at the American Bar Association's 25th Annual Trends in Toxic Torts and Environmental Law meeting from April 7th to April 9th, 2016.

Asbestos litigation has been around for more than three decades, making it the longest running mass tort in the United States. Ms. Carson has specialized in asbestos litigation for over 15 years. She will leverage her experience as national, local and trial counsel to share professional insights as the panel discusses where the litigation is headed, including the latest wave of talc claims.
