Vincent N. DePalo

Vincent DePalo is an associate with Governo Law Firm LLC, specializing in asbestos litigation, toxic torts, products liability, and insurance defense.

Prior to joining Governo Law Firm, Mr. DePalo worked as a litigation associate at O'Donnell Law Firm. He represented clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation lawsuits. Mr. DePalo gained both trial and arbitration experience in the district and superior courts throughout Massachusetts.

Previously, Mr. DePalo served as a staff attorney at the Middlesex Superior Court and a judicial fellow for Associate Justice Dennis J. Curran. During this time, he gained extensive legal writing, legal research, and project management experience. In recognition of Mr. DePalo's accomplishments, he received an award from the Massachusetts Judicial Conference for his "substantial contribution to the administration of justice" in 2012. Mr. DePalo has contributed to various legal articles and authored Stiff Medicine: The Medicare Lien Process, MATA Journal (November 2014).

Mr. DePalo is a regular guest lecturer at Northeastern University and Roger Williams School of Law.

In 2013, Mr. DePalo earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor's of Arts in Biology in 2007.
